I am happy that the weight is now to light, and my form is a lot better, damn the weight. I should of gone about 10+ kg heavier. Awesome because two weeks ago I wouldn't of even trusted my form for this workout. Thanks for the great coaching on the movement Drew.

I need to work on my form - something about jumping seems weird to my body.
