5 rounds of:

Deadlift, 3 reps
Max handstand push ups

There is no time component to this workout. Perform a heavy set of deads, then move immediately to HSPU. Take adequate rest between rounds.

Post load and number of HSPU (or sub) performed each round to comments.

Todays workout was the first since I started that I didn't feel like a lung was going to fall out on the floor, so that was nice. Upon review, I am still fat, ugly, weak, and generally hideous though. I will let you know if any of that changes.

Jason and I did this workout, 100 kg for me with 77 HPU Jason 140 kg with 70 HPU. This was an awesome lift day, the last set was one heavy bitch!
