You thought you could escape my brutal programming when I left town, but prepare for a few weeks of WODs from Texas.

I might even do this one myself

13:16 with rows
Hamstrings started to really burn on the last set of rows.
First workout since I started that I did not feel like I was waisting time recovering between sets, but I was still flat on my back feeling the pain when the work out was over.

Also, does that work-out have a name?

Terrible work out for me, but I guess I slacked off for 2 weeks in NY, so now I suffer for it.

It feels good to be back even though I am coming back gently. I just rowed 1000m today to see how I felt and I didn't feel to bad

Glad to have you back, Chandler.

tonight was difficult to say the least. I think the hardest part is keeping good technique through the range of motion on the dead lifts after I was fatigued. I was stoked to get this WOD at Rx'd weight though!!!

I will sleep well tonight!
