Cindy on Suicide Watch

YEAH!!!!

20 minutes

All odd minutes are

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

All even minutes are

2 suicide runs or UCLA's or ladder runs (whatever you know it as)

Rest time is whatever you have left of your minute intervals

Cindy is a beautiful beautiful lady, but on suicide watch she is a BI*#H!

Fun WOD! Doubled up on the last round to make the suck even better. I was like a drunk driver on those UCLAS!

Sweet - this is on of my favorites. Next time 30 minutes guys.

For my 20 minutes I did 3 suicides per round.

I made it through the whole work out without doing a single "girl" push up! Made my goal!

I really enjoyed this WOD!
Doubled up on the pull ups, push ups, squats on the 1st, 5th, 9th, 13th, 17th and 19th minute.

Alena, I agree. Let us make it longer next time around. The more pain and intensity, the better!

Good stuff, 30 minutes would be key. Did 12 rounds of cindy and 11rounds of UCLA's. See you guys in a couple weeks.
