Sorry for the late posting guys, forgot the laptop at the gym. :-)
Run 800m 25 Burpees Up to a 3 min rest Run 800m 25 sit ups Up to a 3 min rest Run 800m25 wall balls - 20 lbs Up to a 3 min rest
Don't know how to read or follow instructions so I sorta forgot to take the break between the first & second set so I just kept on rollin with minimal break to keep it consistent.

Don't remember all my times. 4:41 fastest and 4:52 slowest. I did the Rows instead of the Runs which hurt my times, and hurt my feelings.

I was going to do some interval running today but this was perfect now I have some free time!
