Dead lifts

3-3-3-3-3-3

Oh and the joy ensues with

5-10 mins (depending on level of crossfit endurance)

1 dumbbell push up row right arm
1 dumbbell push up row left arm
1 dumbbell push up
3 burpees

= 1 set

as many as possible for the time level your endurance is at.

170kg max set of 5, but it was more like a set of 3 then two sets of 1.

23 reps with 40lb dbells.

Flat on back, and almost cried.
