Starting the week off with a kick ass workout from the past. Thanks Drew. :-)

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
5 thrusters
7 hang power cleans
10 sumo deadlift high pulls

at 42.5kg prescribed

Hi Gang. Did this wod at lunch time. Sorry I wasn't able to make it into the gym.

Completed 7 rounds as Rx'd. Didn't have the gas in the tank today & am not pleased with my results.

The past three days of living on rich food and beer have taken their toll. Hope to come in for tomorrow's WOD.

30 kg for weight

9 or 10, lost count at 7 becuase I was counting 7 hang cleans. LOL!

I lost count the same way Alena did. But I think I did 10-11 rounds as prescribed
