This is a easy release for those of us who performed Predator on Sunday... And may I add, that was a workout on Sunday. :-)

281 or 287 I forgot. This was a good WOD to stay loose after the FMP yesterday. Check out Coach Ords website www.brassringfitness.com he wrote a debrief about our FMP yesterday.

Hey guys, glad to be back after my little extended break out of the country.

Jury's still out whether or not I think rowing's a good idea. I sure as hell know I feel like I went through a lot more than 291 calories.
