REMINDER!!!!!

Paleo Challenge meeting at 4:00pm today. Wear workout clothing, ladies - sport bras for our pictures. This is going to be sooooo much fun and I am so excited to start this on Monday! Please be sure to make Monday's workout, as we are doing our base line workout that will be done every 3 weeks during our challenge. If you can not make Monday, be prepared to do the workout today. :-)

So with that said, the workout for 9am is:

4 x

400m run
21 kb swings
15 thrusters
9 burpees


It is going to be a fun day, let's get our workout in and then see you at 4:00!

I basically did this WOD yesterday, so today I did:
3x
50 squats
5 muscle ups
10 power cleans (60kg)
9:50

I got done just over 20 with a row instead of run and low weight on the thrusters - great wod!

Good lord. This one too:

400 meter sandbag carry (any style of carrying)
400 meter run without sandbag
Sandbag Clean and Press x 10
Repeat two more times

We have 80lb sandbags, right?

And:

Perform 12 Burpees
Immediately sprint 100 meters
Perform 10 Plyometric Pushups (Handclap Pushups)
Jog back to the starting line
Repeat 6-10 times
