Anyone else feel that Driving Under the Influence of Fran is equally as dangerous as Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol? I wuz feelin a little woozy?

I've got the butterflies in my stomach already. See you at 6:00 Fran.
Last time I did fran I used 15kg and a black and green band with a time of 13 min. plus-I hacked up some blood afterwards!!!
Today 25 kg. 2 blue bands- time 6:37 (no hacking)

Benchmark workout for CrossFit Games in 08, to qualify this year, wanted under 9 mins for woman - sweet.
Time would of been better had I not of done my strength work today of:
5x5 back squats
5x5 front squats
5x5 OH squats
Think I should of donr deadlifts today. :-)
