I am loving the beautiful weather we are having! Not so great for our dry summer, but great for us winter land CrossFitters!

400 m lunges with 5 squats every 5th step!

For those of you feeling good today, lets add the vest or even kettle bells!

See you tomorrow!

So excited for this one! Not sure about the vest idea - but I'll add "little" kettle bells :-)

See you all at 6 and have a great day everyone!

I am still out sick, but should hopefully be back tomorrow.
I don't do cross fit every single day, but I am always doing something and never take days off, so I am kind of freaking out right now.
Maybe that is why I am sick though.

Did this with my 7am class, Scott and Greg.

300 lunges
300 squats

with the 20lb vest on 26:02 time, could of been faster, but I caught myselff talking to my fellow lungers. :-)

Jay, hope you feel better soon - you are missed!

I would probably just whine and cry during this workout anyway.

OK, so Jason does not count, so Scott and I did 2-3 extra rounds. Jason was counting Greg's rounds. Nice Job Jason! :-) So, dont look at my times. HAHA Clock Whore!

I don't care to mention my time, but I will add that I did 100 sets of squats and lunges :-)

Short legs were definitely not an asset for this workout!

Thanks for buying me dinner Kathy :)

Awesome workout!
