Today is an easy day - I was toooooo tired to post the blog at 2:00am this morning, or do what was originally planned for today.
Great job Mel, would of loved to been there with you tonight, but I think Evan will be shipped off to military school soon.... HMMMMM - wonder if he is to young for Coach Ord?

Great job at the cert, Alena, Mel and Jason! It sounds like you learned a ton and I can't wait to hear everything you've learned.
With that being said today I did another workout with coach Ord. Coach Ord did this one with me and Fred so it was just the tree of us.
We did:
4000y swim with fins in 1:06:00
Run 5 miles over hilly and mountainous terrain in 38:00
Needless to say after the FMP and today I'll be taking tommorrow off!
2000 meter row: 8:12
Tabata squats: lowest rep-- 20
My legs and back are still screaming wildly from the Cert. WODS but it was damn well worth it!
Nice job Chandler!
