Another amazing FMP with the guys! Not only did we do it, but we did it after yesterday's FMP, and the still destroyed the challenge put down by Coach Ord. Hell yes, my hands are DESTROYED, but my warrior attitude could not be any stronger!!!

Like to give Blanca, Art, and Adam a shout out for comin in and kicking ass also!

Successfully completed the Bravo FMP with Alena and Chandler with a lot of time to spare.
The team had exceptionally displayed the ten domains of fitness (endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, accuracy, agility, balance and coordination)with relative ease.

The team was very aggressive on the "Insert", mindfully calculating on the "Action at Objective". The team successfully completed the mission with excellent strategy.

My team members were very efficient and effective! Great job, Alena and Chandler! One important thing is that we got each other's back at all times.

An hour later... Chandler and I met up with Harold at the pool for a 1500 meter lap swim. A calming closure to a high intensity weekend.
