Max reps of pull ups (meaning every time your drop you run - jumping pull ups - every time you stop YOU RUN)

Score = how many 400's and pull ups you do in 20 minutes.

Nice to be back with familar faces and working out with you all. Also it is great getting to meet the new people I haven't met before.

Funny about blisters breaking, because I sure did open mine this past Sunday, practicing on my kipping pullups...Ouch!!!! Which is why I opt to do jumping pullups.

Great WOD!!! Never thought I could handle running so much, but I was proud of myself. My sister would have loved this workout if she was here.
