"DT"

Five rounds for time of:

155 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
155 pound Hang power clean, 9 reps
155 pound Push jerk, 6 reps

In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on February, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

So everyone knows, when a new HERO WOD is posted all regularly scheduled WOD's go out the window, and we do our best to complete the main site HERO WOD in honor of a fellow fallen warrior!

RIP Fellow Airmen!
So young and a whole life ahead of him!!
I bow my head for 30 seconds of silence for the many Airmen, Marines, Sailors, and Army comrades that have fallen. May your death not be in vain!

I'm bummed that Im going to miss this :-(

RIP.....The hero WODS have to be remembered for the reason we have them. Yes it's a great workout, but it is also honoring the greatest sacrafice an individual can give. Please take a moment before of after the WOD to remember this noble individual. Let's have a great turnout today to honor the most noble cause in pursuit of freedom

My time was 11:45. This was a tough WOD!

Wish I could have made it today. I just got back in town. Looked like and awesome and very worthy WOD.

Give me something good tomorrow.

I have a birthday coming up and was thinking about a burpie mile this weekend. Anyone interested?

Jay- what the hell??? we thought the bandidos got you! Chandler & Alena were putting a FMP together to come rescue you.

Please explain what a burpee mile is? (hope its not what I think) anyway, of course I will celebrate your b-day with any WOD you wish for. See you tomorrow

I think a Burpee mile on Sunday would be fitting.

Nichoel - you are NOT doing a birpee mile - there is squating ad jumping as far as you can on each burpee. I love you, but the gnomes DO NOT!

Maggie - AWESOME job! I am so proud of you for pushing threw the exhaustion and kicking that FGB's A@#! :-)

Everyone else, thank you for coming in and working threw a tough WOD to honor a fallen hero - who day in and day out fought to give us our country and freedoms!
