7 Hang power cleans
10 Sumo dead lift high pulls
at 42.5kg

So,how long have I been doing CrossFIt now??? Yeah, a while - anyway, learned a new lesson today... I could do rx'd weight if I warmed up with weight prior to the WOD. I try to pick up the rx'd weight "cold" and think oh no, toooo heavy - then I get 3 rounds in and think what the hell I could go heavier!!!!
