Did this WOD at the firehouse yesterday. Scaled to three rounds and sub-ed situps for the GHDs.

Semper Fi S/Sgt. Hansen

Chandler - great job on your first marathon!

Thanks Gene! My first marathon was great. The trail made time go by fast as the scenery was awsome. I felt good during the race no problems at all. The bottoms of my feet are sore but everything else is feeling good today. I even maintained my POSE the entire time and followed paleo for athletes for my marathon

That workout was brutal. The GHD situps hurt after the second round.

Chandler - see you at running tonight.
