Sunday 25, May 2009

Open morning at the gym. We will be in the gym from 9am until 11am only. Come in and do your favorite WOD, have me or Jason push you threw something else, or just work on technique...

See you there!

Arg. I missed this. :(

Anyway, I had this idea for a WOD. It involves pull-ups and push-ups. 3-5 rounds, each round is:

* Strict pull-ups to failure
* Strict push-ups to failure
* Repeat until you fail to do any more of either

No rest between the pull-ups and push-ups, and probably a 1-2 minute rest between rounds. Score would be total time + total reps for each round.

Sound fun? ;)

That should read 'any more of one or the other'. I.E., if you finish your strict push-ups and find you can't even do one pull-up, that round is over. Or if you do your pull-ups and can't do a single push-up, that round is over.

I did Mr. Joshua
5 rounds 400M run- 30 glute ham sit ups- 15 dead lifts

used 60kg for deads, did 3 rounds of glute ham sit ups and started to taste my breakfast again so I finished round 4 & 5 with ab mat sit ups with a 20 lb MB
