Hey all, if you snap any sweet photos during a WOD, or just doing something cool, send it to me. I'll post it. Also, if you video something cool and put it on youtube, give me the link and I'll embed it that day's WOD entry.

15:28 as Rx'd.

A tie? I feel like I just kissed my sister. Great turnout today! See y'all tomorrow for FMP.

Travis you are awesome! HAHA

17:17 as rx'd for woman - could of shaved a godd 45 seconds off of that time if I had not of been screwing around with the tape, gymnist wraps, gloves on my hands - so in the end pulled all the crap off sucked it up and just did the pull ups. TYhink I could of saved another 10 seconds on pull ups if my hands didn't look like I put them in a running car fan and tried to stop it. LOL

Anyway, great 10am class - thanks to Coach Jason for letting me workout. ;0)

African regional qualifier: scaled w/ bar only for last thrust set banded pull ups, and 16k kettles- 24.37...hmm wonder if there is a way to post this stuff for my records that doesn't involve shaming me publicly;)

That last row was horrible! I had to lay down after this one as my body did not want to function

Marcus--
Keep up the good work!
You are doing well.
I had the same thoughts
2 years ago when I started
Crossfit. Just keep at it
and you will eventually gain
the fruits of your hard work.
Tenacity and perseverance are key.

Alena,
I hear through the grapevine that you will be moving to a bigger box soon. Congratulations! This just proves what a great coach and motivator you are. Keep up the phenomenal work.

And to all the members of Battle Born Crossfit, I wish I could still be there and workout with you.

Kevin - we MISS YOU! You need to come visit us soon. Thank you for your kind words, and support! I just try to give everyone what I would want, and it seems to work - so good for us all!

Marcus - you are doing GREAT! Just like Mel says, we all started the same way, and had to build the foundation to get to those newer heights. I know I speak for us all when I say every day we all build on that foundation, and we become a better athlete, and overall CrossFitter!!!!

EVERYONE KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK - IT WILL PAY OFF!
