Just tried to sign up for Beyond the Whiteboard. Maybe I am just really dumb, which is possible, but what the heck? That took more energy then the WOD today, and I am still not done.

I think that I broke a lung! Seriously...
Work out started off with some verbal abuse from Sam about something, then ended with head to toe physical pain.
I was so out of it when I left that I almost ran over a guy on a bike, then yelled at him like it was his fault.
You should not be allowed to drive after some of these WOD's.
