Damn these WOD's are tough! No wonder it is the best of the best! I look at the month's scheduled WOD's and rearrange and rearrange again, but pretty much they are just plain HARD!

Rocky Mountain Regional Qualifier
1st WOd of the weekend

3x
8 deadlifts 300lbs for men or 136kg, woman is 195lbs or 88kg
400m run

men 5:16
woman 6:18

This is going to be rough! My max DL is about 345#! So... yeah. We'll see how it goes.

Reid should absolutely destroy this WOD too.

Wow.. that is basically a sub 6 minute mile pace with 24 - 300 pound deads thrown in there for good measure.

8:34 rx's womans weight - I am not kidding you, I will pay someone to teach me how to run proper for my body type size stride - what the hell ever is wrong or right with it! I need to have this fixed and down pat by next spring! love you guys

we will do some drills, I'll bring a tempo trainer to fix your stride. I'll give you homework to do for when I leave as well so you can practice.

That was a really cool workout. I scaled back to 270# and that was the right weight for me I think. Finished in 7:12.

how's 70kg for scaling, lol. Think it could be at least 85kg next time. Rocky mountain regional qualifier time-9.30 w/ 70kg. Hope tomorrow is easier on the legs...but I'm sure it wont be.

Chandler OK - Sam let me know a good time for you, and he can hopefully work with both of us and fix us - so that when he comes back for Christmas CHANDLER IS SHOCKED AT OUR AMAZING SKILLS!!!!

Awesome WOD, its been awhile since I've beaten the amazing Mel :-p.

I definitely too want to work on my running -- I use to be able to do avg 5min miles but I havent seen that in a long time!
