15:38 at 10am, then at 5pm did the 5 rounds run 400 row 500, but had to switch it to run 400 row 500 then run 1200 row 1500, then run 400 row 500 for 22:54 (lack of rowers at 5pm today) :0)
Sam, I agree that the box-jumps were waaaaaay tougher than the wall-balls. This surprised me since I usually struggle with wall balls. But only 10 reps per round made it pretty doable. But the row was, hands down, the hardest part for me.
