Northeast Qualifier #2

AMRAP in 12 minutes of

5 thrusters 60/42.5 kg
10 burpees

Yeah I know thrusters after squat cleans, but everything I have is just brutal for the last few days of qualifiers - so here we go!!!!

That was a terrible performance by myself if I may say so. I was in my own head the entire time.

Went at noon, but the gym was really busy, so I made up a little workout of Joy.
10 tire flips, 20 sledge hammer hits each arm, 20 pushups. As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Don't remember how many rounds I did, but it was a good hot worhout. Also, I warmed up with 1000 meters rows, both incline and decline w/boxes.

It looked pretty tough! Sorry we pretty much had that place jammed full today. But if you want to join in and get the WOD done any day at noon with us, don't be shy!
