Snatch

1-1-1-1-1-1-1

None of these lifts are your warm-up, these are set to be either 7 single max weight lifts, with sufficient warm-up reps prior, building up to your max weight, or technique work with moderate weight.

Tabata sprints for our metcon.

First time I have ever really focused on this movement in itself.

42.5kg this morning, started at 30 and worked my way up threw the weight. Will try again this afternoon, starting at 40kg and trying my hardest for 47.5kg.

I know, I am SO EXCITED FOR THE OLY CERT!

This is a good site for everyone who is wondering how much they should be lifting in terms of their body weight.

Also, saw all the postings on Beyond The Whiteboard - glad your back.

Ya the PT said I should do strength work to make the area stronger. But I still can't run yet or do anything that would aggrevate it. I've been working on my handstands and L-sit lately because they don't aggrevate it
