First, thanks to Ty - Chandler - Rich - Sonja - J.C. and Jason for an amazing transformation of the gym today! You guys freaking ROCK!!!!!!


Today we have a good ol girl

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

The box looks awesome! Great idea on moving the racks by the fence - perfect use of the space. Excellent work everyone.

This was the closest I have come to vomiting after a WOD in a very long time. Full on spins, heartburn, etc. Good times!

Phewwww - that was a WOD..... Did starting strength today, had a root canal that took 2 hours, and then did Barbara at 5 - forgot my exact time, but I'm sure it was nothing stellar. Anywho, another lady you can chalk up to one I don't really care for. Funny, Mel has a distaste for anyone named "Fran", and I think mine for sure is "Eva", but Barbara ooooo I don't like you so much. :-)
