Here is a recent mainsite WOD that I came across that I thought was a perfect for a Saturday.
6 Rounds Run 400m 25 Burpees
Oh, but that is too easy.....on each Burpee we want to try to jump at least 12 inches into the air.

Really 25 burpees I think 15 would of been fine. HAHA
Just under 30 mins rowing instead of running!!!
