Today was going to be "Hansen" But people are still recovering from Tuesdays WOD. So we are going to do a classic lady WOD instead.
HOLY CRAP! Thanks Mel for pushing me to keep and maintain good form. I was mad at myself that I couldn't bet my 10:05 from last time, however last time wasn't Rx'd as Mel reminded me. Until next time Diane, until next time.

Thanks for the coaching and tips on pacing the HSPU's Jason. Made a world of difference & beat my previous time by almost 4 minutes.
