Ok, so last time I did this it was with 35 because I was unsure of the 42.5kg - well I know I can do 42.5kg, but do I go with 35 and see how I do or up it and push myself to beat my 19 mins from May??? Hmmmm I have about 30 minutes to decide. LOL

do 35kg at 10am and then 42.5kg at 6pm.

that gives you approx 7 hours to re-fuel, plenty of time!
