I am posting the WOD early BECAUSE I WANT TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE ON THE PALEO CHALLENGE SHOWS!!!!

Fight Gone Bad

yeap in 80's attire!!!!

3 five minute rounds with 1 minute per movement - moving on until the end of the 5 minutes with a 1 minute rest between rounds.

Row - for calories
Wall ball 20lb
Sumo deadlift high pull 35kg
Box jump 20in
Push press 35kg

Score = your total number of reps!!!!

depth on some of the wall balls may have been questionable. Was shooting for 390 and am pretty bummed I didn't get there. Felt great after round 1. Towards the end of round 2, I was like "uh oh!". Round 3 was a struggle. Fun times.

Rocking the Mullet helped me overheat tremendously and my Aviators kept fogging up.

Spandex pants can ruin a good WOD! My butt slipped off the rower, I had "swamp ass", and thought I was going to die of heat - all in all a piss poor performance on my part.... 252
