Friday 30, April 2010

End of the work week, start of the first weekend of a month or so of non stop fun filled weekends with events galore.

THis weekend we half the Rock N River - Half or Full marathon, or a 10K
Next weekend - DONT forget Run A Muck, and then our BBQ party for the biys on Saturday, followed by Moms on the Run Sunday.

LOL...too bad I'm not doing this WOD. Need to save energy for this weekend. However, I just like to say the title of this WOD made me laugh and I think you may know why. Very creative.
