Middle of the week and again there is snow on the ground.... BLAHHH!

Back squats
5-5-5
Strict press
3-3-3-3-3

Metcon:

AMRAP 20 mins
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

BE SURE TO LOG YOUR RESULTS - she will come up again! Bands, jumping, etc...

2 pull-ups?!?!? I hope you're kidding! Lol. Cuz I ripped my hands bloody for the 5 pull-ups each round! DANG, this was a good WOD!
