Arnie was one of my cousin's best friends and partner. If my cousin hadn't been transferred to another fire-fighting camp, he would have been the one driving that truck. My cousin's mentor Capt. Ted Hall was also killed in that truck. Very, very sad. My cousin was transferred so that he could train all the wildfire fire fighters in CrossFit and he was my inspiration in joining. I feel honored to have done this hero WOD in particular, but each one humbles me more and strengthen my resolve to live my life for those who no longer have that luxury. Thank you to all of you who serve and keep us safe!
