Great turn out for the weigh ins this weekend, and they kept trickling in today! Also, had a huge turn out for the Foundation class, thank you to all the new people taking the fitness plunge with your BBCF family!

Jackie is a great lady WOD, one of my favorites actually - even with thrusters. :-)

She is a mix of everything...stamina for the row, strength and endurance for thrusters and pullups. The movement of the thrusters is so interwined with squats and push presses, that I am throughly learning to appreciate it's purpose :) This was tough but in a quick way. Overall, I like this lady WOD too, and of course not only for namesake reason, hehehe :p
