Hmmmm - so sorry I really thought I had posted this workout today. :( Sorry falure!

Strength:

Snatch balance

Clean shrugs

These are good solid skill movements - does not need to be super heavy - just work the movements

Power cleans 42.5/30kg
jumping lunges 1 jumping lunge each leg = 1 rep
