Mid week, good workouts, lots of new people testing out the BBCF family!
Welcome all, hope you enjoy your visit, and make is a part of your daily life.
With that said, to my old, medium, new and dear family members - with the nice into the new side, what's sine equipment/upgrades would you line to see?
New medicine balls
Jump ropes
Rings
Battling ropes
Sleds
Post your ideas, and let's start getting some new equipment going in!

Love the new site Alena!! BBCF is by far best gym I've ever been too in my life and everyday could not thank you more!!

For equipment, I'd say new jump speed ropes, weighted sled, a 3rd GHD stand would be awesome.

Hahah Speed Ropes would let me achieve triple-unders!!

I third the idea of the sled, or we could just put an I-bolt into those huge tires and lug that around. (An idea that's been around since we first got those tires :-p)


I'm a HUGE slacker.. But I promise you all that the gym will be technologically advance soon! Not enough rockstars to keep me up for all hours of the day :-p.

If anyone has a desire to help me with some wood work, I need to make a 'clamp' to mount the acrylic screen protector to the TV screen. Also, please any ideas toward making the program better -
