30 minute partner WOD

1 partner runs a 400m, while the other partner is working through rep schemes. When partner 1 has finished the run, he/she takes over where partner 2 was in the rep scheme.

400m run
20 double kettlebell clean and jerks
20 weighted lunges (10 each side)
20 C2B pull ups
and just in case you had a three person team, add in burpees :-P
