Snatch grip deadlift + snatch pull

3 deadlifts + 1 pull = 1 rep

3-3-3-3-3 add weight till you end @ about 125% of  your snatch

then as soon as you get it

8 push press 60/42.5kg
8 jump squats 20/15kg
8 ring push ups
