Snatch technique primer
Snatch press behind the neck 5x5

Hang snatch
5x3

Intermediate:

5x1+2 snatch to hang snatch 70%
Push jerk 4x3 with a 3 second pause in the catch position of the jerk

All:

Back squats 3x8

DAY 1 of our BURPEE CHALLENGE - pick your level and go!
