Good morning ladies and gentleman!

Today we have

4 rounds for time of

Run 400 m
21 kettle bell swings
15 weighted sit ups
9 uneven push ups (1 hand on small medicine ball, 1 hand on floor. Switch hands each round.)

(1) 13:53 - WOD as rx'd

(2) Completion of FMP with a great group people (Alena, Drew, Chandler). The last part of the FMP consists of...

5 rounds:
2 tire flips
5 box jumps

5 rounds:
10 ball slams
5 box jumps

400 m run with a 100 lb bag +
100 stretcher thrusters with Drew.
Then..

(3)Bottom to bottom Tabata squats.
Then..

(4)50 burpees.
Then..

(5) 2500 meters SWIM with Chandler. ( We missed you, Alena)

The swim made an excellent addition to the ensemble and provides closure to a week of great training!

Like minded individuals inspire one another.
Alena, Chandler, Drew-- You dig deep from the core. Tremendous inner strength!

great day it was really fun finishing the FMP with Mel, Alena and Drew. Great job guys! Swimming with Mel was also a great finisher to the workout it really helps reduce muscle soreness. We need you there next time Alena!

Did this WOD Monday morning - for some reason handstand push ups were not happening - needed my group of supporters there I think. Slow morning workout for me at 17:35 as rx'd

next time increase weight on KB & MB was easier than I expected.
