Front Squats

21 - 15 - 9 at 52.5kg men and 32.5kg women

Push ups

42 - 30 - 18

So, 21 front squats 42 push us, 15 front squats 30 push ups, 9 front squats 18 push ups......

OK, so 10:00 am is setting the bar high today guys!!!!

400m farmers carry at 24kg kettle bells before and after (may do 5 -1 legged squats every time he drops the kb's)
changed to burpee pull ups instead of push ups

Adding situps with the same numbers as the push ups, and adding pull ups in the same numbers as the squats would be fun.

I agree with Jay's comment. Go big or go home in a stretcher. We should also use the weighted vest on everything and add a 400m run after each set of movements

Better yet...Substitute Burpee pullups instead of pushups and instead of a 400 m run, make it a 400m Farmer's carry with 24kg or 32kg kettlebells at the beginning and at the end of the WOD.
It's time to pay homage to the House of Sufferring!

Mel how about 800 meter farmenr carry 32kg KB with penalty of 10 burpees every dropped weight. bEFORE AND AFTER THE WOD

Come on IF we were going to pushit WHY NOT pushit to the limit.

that's was great adding the extra oomph was awsome. The burpees pullups made it like doing GI Jane on steroids!

My time was 30 something not sure exactly, all I know is this WOD HURT!

Chandler & Jay - AWESOME job!!!!!! watching you guys made me feel like a wimp sticking with the original WOD, next time I will follow your lead and throw in a few add-ons. (maybe)

400m farmers carry at 20kg kettlebells with 5 burpees everytime I put them down

front squats 21 - 15 - 9
push ups 42 - 30 - 18
pull ups 21 - 15 - 9
situps 42 - 30 - 18

YES - you guys are so amazing! I love you all, and the desire, want, and need you push one another to have!

So, Mel and I did

400m farmers carry 20kg kb's for me, 24 for Mel

21 - 15 - 9 front squats at 40kg
42 - 30 - 18 push ups
21 - 15 - 9 pull ups
42 - 30 - 18 situps

400m farmers carry w/ kb's

Oh, and we did 5 burpess every time we put the kb's down. 1st 400only one set, 2nd 400 not so sure.

400 meter farmers carry with 24kg kettlebells with 5 burpees per kettlebell drop. This was done at the beginning and at the end of the WOD.
Front squats at 21 - 15 - 9
Push ups at 42 - 30 - 18
Pull ups at 21 - 15 - 9
Situps at 42 - 30 - 18

Time-- 24:30

My day started with constructive, intuitive thoughts of multitude WOD component possibilities. My day ended with the implementation of that realization. In other words, my dream of having a kick ass WOD today came through at 5:30pm with Alena! It was a previlege to do a WOD with an individual with such an athletic prowess.
I had great fun! Thank you.

As always, excellent job to everyone who contributed their blood, sweat and tears to today's WOD.
