So, this is a good leg week...

250 squats

oh, did you think that was all???

Nope! So, every time your rest for longer than 3 seconds it is a 7 push up penalty.

Score is time + total number of push ups.

Thought about this one, and decided to make an intermediate and advanced level to his one.

Intermediate is as prescribed above, advanced throw a 400m run or 500m row before and after the squats.

OK guys, did it twice today... Hate to see anyone do a workout by themselves.

First time, no row, second time row with the vest.... Gee thanks Jay!

Plus deadlifts and strict chin ups

Technically Alena, you did it two and a half times. Thanks for that btw. Brutal workout, but in hindsight it was alright I guess.

22 minutes for the full 250ish squats, 63 pushups and 500x2 rowing.

And yes, that's 63 reaking pushups.

Time: 6:58 (no push ups)
Performed the pure and basic WOD with neither run nor row.

This was a well thought of and focused program. I really enjoyed it. Good job, Alena!

I believe my time was 7:35 with 14 pushups, even though I did the basic WOD I still ended up rowing with Harold at the end :)

Great job everyone and thank you to Mel for his constant encouragement and to Alena for all of her hard work and dedication :)
