Ahhhh a short nice easy WOD (wait what did I just say)
Ha yeah right -
Iceland Qualifier
AMRAP in 12mins of 5 pull ups 10 burpees 15 kettlebell swings 24kg/16kg 20 double unders (damn you jump rope!)
Ha - if I could nail double unders I would of smoked this WOD. :-) 5 full rounds w/ 5 strict pull ups, and 7 burpees!
Used a 16kg for the first 2, then the 20kg for the next 3. (or reverse that order) anyway, this will find itself in normal rotation, but it could be a 20 minuter! OHHHHHH

burpees and KB swings were the limiting factor.
This was a great wod.
20 minutes would be great. It would just be less of a sprint. I like the longer WOD's.

I did this at home today after swim practice.
12 minutes exactly, nailed it.

Amen Travis. The pullups and DU's were cake. Those damned kb swings sucked the life out of me and the burpees were... well, burpees.

WOW!?!?!? That was ridiculous... KB swings is what slowed me down the most -- massive discomfort in my thighs.
