O.K., out of all of them so far this to me is the worse one yet... Squat clean and jerks - ughhhhh. Who programed this stuff?

I'm not sure if I can make it in today, but if I do this WOD is going to take me like 4 hours. Rowing and squat cleans are probably my two of my biggest nemeses. I agree with you Alena.

I LOVE squat cleans, but not so sure I will love them after rowing??

16:30?? around there.

40kg my 1st 10 and 35kg my last 20. I think I did a few thrusters instead of jerks.

I agree with Jay, whoever did 9:47 or the 10 something can't be human!!

The rowing was a nice "rest" LOL. Scaled it back to 60kg and went at 81.5332332% exertion :-)
Finished in 15:20

Did it at 40kg in 11:24, I definitely have the strength to do more weight, just need to work on technique!
