Hey everyone, don't forget, tonight is the showing of "Every Second Counts"! We'll be watching it at the new box. Bring a food of some sort. It should be a great time!
I love the new facility!!!!!! The WOD today...not so much. Guess I should have taken a day off sometime in the past week. That wall definitely stopped me. No amount of @#$%^& changed that!

The WOD was absolutely horrible, I hate lunges with a passion! The frog jumps werent too bad except were after lunges!
Well, I've suddenly gained a lot free time lately. Alena, if you'd like help putting the floor mats in let me know and I'm sure I can make time to help out!
Did you guys check the "Dark Horse" video on the main site? That looks like a great wod. Might have to lower the box jumps juuuuuuuuuust a bit though.

WOW after the Rattle Snake Mtn run yesterday, and then the Bottom to Bottom Tabat last night - this WOD was pure torture on the legs. I tink it was 23 something - who knows.:-)
Matt would love the help, I am off on Friday and will be working threw the weekend to get stuf done.:-)
