Tabata What the He#@!!!

1 arm dumb bell snatch - 40 lbs
pull ups
1 arm dumb bell snatch - 40 lbs (opposite arm than what you started with)
burpees
sit ups

Tabata performed in a circuit style, 20 seconds on 10 seconds off
