Back Squats

5-5-5-5-5

You can pick a challenging weight and do 5 sets of 5, or you can increase weight so that your last set of 5 i close to failure.

For our short metcon we have :

Tabata

Pull ups
Burpees
Knees to elbows

again performed in a circuit style workout

Im sorry you had to go through all that pain and suffering all by yourself Jay. I'll be back Thursday taking a few days off due to minor injury.

I had some awesome WOD's at crossfit Oakland and San Francisco the past few days!!

I tweaked my wrist and it hurt like hell the next day so I decided to take a couple days off to let it recover. Nothing major just playing it safe I have to stay in tip top shape

horray for the squats. I finished at around 70kg, but didn't feel like a max.

Knees to elbows is such a literally deceptive name...
