Just wanted to share a great article I read on the Crossfit Oakland site. Go to:

Nice, did my deadlifts with Jay and Dave at 10:00, plus did snake eyes with Jay, no solo today. I still owe him one where he gets to put me threw hell by myself, and he gets to snicker and time me! :-)
nevermind, I'm on call tonight and I was just informed I'll be filling in for someone at the call center - you guys have fun and I'll do this one Saturday :)
170kg, and maybe I could have done 10 kg more. Maybe means nothing though! Yes Alena, one of these days I get to hold the stop watch and yell, "suck it up and stop being weak," just like you did me.

Another great WOD. 180kg and 2:26 for snake eyes. Then 15 rounds of death by pull-up.
