Strength:

Power clean to a front squat to a jerk

Work up to a max weight and then perform 3 sets at that weight

25 evil wheels
25 supermans
25 mountain climbers

10 squat cleans 60/42.5kg
5 strict pull ups
10 jerks 60/42.5kg
5 strict chin ups
