That was tough, but I made it! Great workout. I finished at 13:15. First 20 thrusters were @ 30kg & the rest (55 thrusters) @ 25kg. On a side note, my sister was introduced to crossfit. It was her first time, she had to do Helen, finished under 10 mins. Look forward to both sisters in mid December. Can't thank you all enough. Till then, see you all soon.

Whoa. I cant go down stairs. That was tough. Counting to 75 by 5's then 4's then 3's is brutal. Awesome workout.
