Ditch the food scales. Forget about "blocks". Enjoy your Thanksgiving!

For time:

50 turkish get ups (25 left/25 right) - 20% bodyweight
Run 1 mile

You may use a kettlebell, dumbbell, or barbell for the get ups.

Have a great thanksgiving everyone! Doc says I went back to early. He wants me to do no heavy lifting for 2 weeks to a month :( So I'll be back eventually.

50 Turkish Get Ups were a pain in the but, side, shoulder, you get the idea. The mile seemed like a break after that.
